Shipping Terms and
Conditions
Thank you for shopping at the zuneone.net on-line store.
Zuneone.net is a division of Ecom Marketing LLC. All
products are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Depending on whether you live in the US or are an International customer
your shipping options vary.
A valid email
address is required when ordering via the ZuneOne.net on-line store. Your email address
is used to send order confirmation and shipping notification. Be
sure to add sales@zuneone.net to the safe senders list in your e-mail
application (Outlook, etc.). If you do not receive order confirmation by email
within 24 hours, please contact us at sales@zuneone.net
.
General Terms and
Conditions
We will make
every attempt to ship orders within 48 hours after they are received,
pending payment verification. Occasionally there may be a delay due
to unforeseen circumstances and every effort will be made to communicate
such delays. All ZuneOne.netI products are shipped out of NY.
Shipping Options
The following options are
available to US addresses and to International addresses.
US
Addresses
These
services are available to US addresses only.
First Class Mail
First Class Mail is a service
of the US Postal Service. It delivers packages
to addresses in the mainland US, Alaska and Hawaii usually within 5 to 7 days and on occasion quicker. We use First Class Mail to ship out small orders such as earphones or cases.
Priority
Mail
Priority Mail packages are delivered
to addresses in the mainland US,
Alaska
and Hawaii usually within 3 or 4 days. PO Box
addresses are acceptable. It is the preferred way to ship ZuneOne products.
Most customers report being very pleased with Priority Mail service. Tracking
information is supplied on all Priority Mail shipments.
International Addresses
These services are available to International addresses
only.
First-Class Mail
International
Inexpensive and fast but there is no tracking available for First Class
international.
We expect your items will arrive within 2 weeks.
Express
Mail International Express Mail International is a
reliable high-speed mail service available to certain countries. Is generally a
3 to 5 business day delivery service. Express Mail International items
are insured against loss, damage, or rifling at no additional cost. Indemnity will
be paid by the U.S. Postal Service. However, Express Mail International items are
not insured against delay in delivery.
Neither indemnity payments nor postage refunds will be made in the event
of delay. The Express Mail International service provides detailed
on-line tracking at www.usps.com.
Service to all countries is estimated, not guaranteed. Although we have found Global Priority to be very reliable, no one can prevent Customs from delaying a particular shipment. The customer bears all risk and costs of dealing with local Customs authorities.
Customs Fees and Taxes: Customer agrees to pay all customs charges and taxes.
Customs Delays: All
international delivery times are approximate, assuming there is no delay
in Customs. If Customs intercepts a package it is not possible to
predict how long the package will be delayed. Under normal circumstances
with no customs delays, international packages can be expected within
6-10 business days.
Please Note: To be 100%
certain your order arrives in a timely fashion it pays to use the more expensive shipping
option. This is especially true if you are in a remote location or
have had troubles arriving deliveries in the past. Risk of
Loss: Items shipped which are shipped without tracking and are lost by post office are not the
responsibility of Ecom Marketing LLC
RETURN
POLICY
We will
accept returns on new products as long as the return process is begun
within 7 days of receipt of the product. You must contact
sales@zuneone.net
to obtain a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) prior to returning
any products.
The item must be in like new condition
with all original packaging intact. There will be a 15% restocking fee on
all returns. Items with missing packaging will automatically incur a 30% restocking
fee. New products which are returned in damaged condition will not be
issued a refund and it will be the buyers responsibility to provide
shipping expenses to return the item to the buyer.
All items are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty if any.
If you believe a mistake was made on your order, please email
sales@zuneone.net to work out a solution. If an error is made by us
in processing your order and the item sent is incorrect, we will correct the issue at our expense. All correspondence concerning returns or exchanges must be done via email.
